In today’s episode, Bianca cooks up a tasty bowl of Fettuccini Alfredo. Click on the image to watch the video:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of Fettuccini or spaghetti
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 6 strips of crumbled bacon
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water ,seasoned with salt, to a boil.
- Add in the spaghetti or Fettuccini. Cook it for 7-8 minutes or until al dente.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, in a seperate pot, melt the butter and add the chopped garlic.
- Stir the pint of heavy cream into the butter and garlic. Let it cook for about 5 minutes or until thick.
- Pour the spaghetti into the sauce. Add the chopped parsley and crumbled bacon. Toss it around with tongs to stir.
- Serve with grilled chicken or garlic bread. Enjoy!

Your Video blogs is so spontaneous but at the same time you take your job very seriously.
The fetuccine Alfredo looks so good. I will try it very soon, for sure.
